Terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Argibat (Xavier Cartuyvels, Rue du Bec 10, 4317 Les Waleffes Faimes, Belgium — VAT: BE 1008 25 28 40) to its customers.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to written confirmation by Argibat. Quote requests submitted via the online form are not binding until confirmed by email.

2. Prices

Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are not included and will be calculated based on the delivery location.

3. Payment

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the legal rate.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Argibat shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

5. Returns and complaints

Any complaint regarding a delivery must be notified in writing within 8 days of receipt. Products may only be returned with prior written agreement from Argibat.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Liège.
